Custom Mugs are final sale. No exchange or store credit will be issue.
Store Credits (if applicable)
Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification with your store credit. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to receive and process your return. All orders placed with a store credit is a final sale.
Orders that are refused will be charged a reshipping fee in order for us to ship the package back to you.
Once an order is placed, it can not be cancelled. Discount codes can not be manually applied to an order. Please read all description and check your order before submitting.

WC Fashion Scrubs does not provide pre-paid return shipping labels. You will be responsible for covering the shipping cost to return.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported within 10 days of delivery. (Note, if such items are reported in a timely fashion, we will not issue store credit. Return packages must include the original packing slip to ensure processing.
If you are shipping an item back to us, please consider using a tracking shipping service.
To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We offer EXCHANGES ONLY in perfect condition of the same item ONLY. ANY WORN OR DAMAGED ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
- You may exchange merchandise within 10 business days of receipt of purchase.
- The shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Since many of our items are limited quantities, we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email. If we are able to get it from the manufacturer in a decent time frame, we will let you know. If an item is out of stock or discontinue there can be no exchange or return under any circumstances.
- If exchange for larger size and there is a price difference, customer must pay difference before shipping of exchange. If exchange resort in refund to customer due to change in size, refund will be sent to customer by way of customer original payment form.
